Exchange Policy – AELVI

At Aelvi, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • You provide unboxing photos or videos in case of a damaged or missing item.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Products purchased at a sale or discount.

  • Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days.

  2. Please provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.

  3. Ship the item back to our warehouse.

  4. Once received and inspected, your replacement will be dispatched

International Orders

We currently do not accept exchanges on international orders due to high shipping and logistics costs.

Refund Policy – Aelvi

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues. However:

Refunds Are Issued If:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, and a replacement is unavailable.
    → In this case, you’ll be offered either a store credit or full exchange.

  • An item is out of stock after your payment is processed.
    → You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
