How will I know my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your order number and summary. Our Phone agent will also call you to confirm your order.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to monitor the delivery status in real-time.

Why is my payment failing?
Please ensure your debit/credit card is activated for online transactions. If the problem persists, try a different card or contact your bank for assistance.

I was charged but didn’t receive confirmation — what should I do?
In rare cases, payment may be deducted without successful order placement. Banks typically reverse such charges within 5–7 business days. If not, contact us at support@aelvi.com for assistance.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement unless already shipped. Changes (like size or product swaps) are not possible once processing begins.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! Select the “Gift Order” option at checkout or mention it in the order notes. We’ll wrap your order beautifully and exclude pricing details.

Do you accept bulk orders?
Absolutely. For bulk or collaboration inquiries, please reach out via WhatsApp or email and our team will be happy to assist you.

Do you have any physical stores?
Currently, Aelvi operates exclusively online, delivering premium collections right to your doorstep — but we do have plans to open physical stores in the near future.
